How much do your services cost?

All stylists set their own prices so you can choose who you feel is best for you!

Is it unisex?

YES! Our app is available for everyone!

How long does it take to get started?

If you are a customer, just sign up and get booking right away!

 

As a stylist, it will typically take up to 48 hours to get approved and have your account active.

Do you clean up any mess / hair trimmings?

You don’t have to worry, our stylists will clean up any mess before they leave!

Will I be charged for cancelling my appointment

We have a cancellation policy to make it fair for both stylists and customers. You will only be charged if you cancel 24 hours before your appointment time. Be sure to amend your booking before that.

What happens if my stylist doesn't show up?

How far in advance can I book my appointment?

You can book up to 2 months in advance. If you have something more bespoke, eg. a wedding, get in touch with us and we will assist you with scheduling in your preferred stylist.

Can I pay by cash?

Unfortunately we have a no cash policy at Freestyle Cuts. All transactions are made through our app. If you wish to tip the stylist in cash you may do so at your own discretion.

What areas is your app available?

Our services are only available in SW11, SW4, SW12, SW18 & SW8. We are doing our best to expand as quickly as possible
